Nabila Jamshed was born in the year 1988. She has written for newspapers on a range of subjects—from politics and war to cricket. Her English translations of Urdu poetry of Faiz Ahmed Faiz were published in two separate anthologies. She describes herself as “a devotee of day dreams, engaged in an attempt to create justice and laughter, peace and music, equality and colour.” Wish upon a Time is her debut novel. |
